Saint Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application The LEO (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App does and does not collect, and how third-party services accessed through the App handle your information.
Summary
The LEO is designed to be a simple informational and devotional app for our parish. The App itself does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you. We do not operate any server that receives or stores user data. Some features of the App connect you to trusted third-party services — described below — which have their own privacy practices.
Information We Do Not Collect
The App itself does not:
· Require you to create an account or log in
· Ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information on our servers
· Track your location
· Access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files
· Use analytics or advertising trackers
· Send your data to any server that we operate
Information Automatically Collected by App Stores
When you install or use the App, the Apple App Store and Google Play Store may collect standard information such as download counts, crash reports, and device type. This data is collected by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies — not by us — and is provided to us only in anonymous, aggregated form to help us improve the App.

Third-Party Services Accessed Through the App
The App provides convenient access to several trusted third-party services. When you use these features, you interact with those services directly. Each service has its own privacy policy and data practices. We do not receive or store the information you submit through these services.
Donations and Payments

External Information
· YouTube — used to view our livestreamed Masses through our parish channel. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Maps and Directions
· Apple Maps and Google Maps — used when you tap "Get Directions" from the Campus Map. Your device opens its native map app, governed by Apple's or Google's privacy policies.
When you use any of these services, you leave the App's own interface and are governed by the privacy policies of those services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
Email Sent Through the App
Some features of the App — such as the Connect Card and contact links to clergy and staff — open your device's email application with a pre-filled message. Any email you choose to send is sent directly from your device through your own email service to the recipient. Saint Mark the Evangelist does not intercept, store, or process this email message except as the recipient of the message itself.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children. The App is appropriate for general audiences and is rated accordingly in both app stores. Parents who have questions about their child's use of the App should contact us using the information at the bottom of this policy.
Your Rights — California, Europe, and Elsewhere
Because we do not collect personal information through the App, there is no personal information for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If a third-party service accessed through the App holds your information (for example, a donation record with Stripe), you should contact that service directly to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or other applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
