Room Request

Please submit your request at least 5 business days before your event. We need that time to review the request and check it against the calendar.

Submitting a request does not reserve the space, and being able to submit the form does not mean the space is open on that date. If the space is already booked, we cannot approve your request, but are happy to discuss other room options. If you submit less than 5 business days before your event, we may not have time to review it, and it may not be approved.

Your event is not confirmed until you hear back from the parish office with an approval. Please do not announce or advertise it until it has been approved.
