Life at Saint Mark the Evangelist extends well beyond Sunday Mass, with a wide variety of parish-wide events that bring together formation, community, service, and joyful fellowship. Saint Mark Gala

Our signature parish gala, held each April near the feast of Saint Mark, is a joyful evening of fellowship and celebration. Guests enjoy a lively cocktail hour, followed by both silent and live auctions featuring exciting items and experiences. The night concludes with music and dancing, bringing our community together in support of Saint Mark’s mission.

Father/Son Baseball Game

Our Father-Son Baseball Game at Barons Park is a fun and memorable outing that brings families together for an evening at the ballpark. Joined by Fr. Ward, fathers and sons enjoy the excitement of the game along with a shared meal and great conversation. It’s a relaxed, joyful opportunity to strengthen bonds and build lasting memories in a spirit of community.

Christmas Concert & Tree Lighting

Our Tree Lighting and Christmas Concert is the signature event of the Advent season, filling our parish with joy and anticipation for Christmas. The evening begins with a beautiful performance by our choir, followed by the lighting of the tree in the courtyard. A festive cookie reception brings everyone together to celebrate in warmth and community.

Wednesday Night Live Series

Wednesday Night Live is a vibrant, family-friendly gathering that brings our parish community together each week. The evening includes a shared parish dinner, Eucharistic adoration, confessions, and engaging formation opportunities for all ages, including a dedicated OCIA track. Rooted in faith and fellowship, it’s a joyful and welcoming way to grow together in community.

Mother/Son Dance

“A Knight with his Queen” is our special Mother-Son Dance, welcoming moms and sons of all ages for a joyful evening together. The night features music and dancing, a photo booth, and a menu of kid-favorite foods like pizza and chicken fingers. It’s a fun and memorable way to celebrate the unique bond between mothers and their sons.

Coffee & Donuts

Coffee and Donuts is a welcoming time of fellowship between Masses where parishioners gather to connect and build community. Over fresh coffee and sweet treats, friends and families share conversation, meet new faces, and enjoy the joy of being together. It’s a simple but meaningful way to strengthen the bonds of our parish family each week.

Mother/Daughter Tea

Our Mother-Daughter Tea is a cherished fall tradition that brings moms and daughters together for an elegant and joyful gathering. The afternoon features a delightful tea party, an inspiring guest speaker, and time for meaningful connection and fun. It’s a beautiful opportunity to celebrate the special bond between mothers and daughters within our parish community.

Journey to the Manger

Journey to the Manger is our beloved Christmas pageant, welcoming children of all ages in the parish to share in telling the story of Christ’s birth. This joyful celebration brings the Nativity to life through the gifts and talents of our young parishioners. The evening concludes with a festive dessert reception and fun activities for all to enjoy.
